1. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and data, please send an email to our support team. We'll verify your identity and process your request promptly.

Include the following details:

• Full name: As registered on your Property365 account
• Registered email address: The email linked to your Property365 account
• Phone number linked to your account: Helps us verify your identity quickly
• Reason for deletion request: Optional — but helpful for us to improve

2. What Data Will Be Deleted

Once your request is verified and processed, we will delete or anonymize the personal data associated with your account, which may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile details
• Property preferences
• Saved searches
• Enquiry history
• Account-related activity data

3. Data That May Be Retained

In certain cases, we may retain limited information where required for:

• Legal compliance
• Fraud prevention
• Dispute resolution
• Enforcement of our terms and policies
• Internal record-keeping where permitted by law

Any retained data will only be kept for as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.

4. Processing Time

After receiving your verified request, we aim to process account and data deletion within 7 to 30 business days. You may receive a confirmation email once the deletion process is complete.

5. Important Notes

• Deleting your account is irreversible. Once submitted, this action cannot be undone.
• Once deleted, you may lose access to your saved properties, enquiries, preferences, and account history.
• If you wish to use Property365 again in the future, you may need to create a new account.
